I have 2 RAM slots. I already had 1 GB installed on one of these slots. A few months before I installed a 1 GB RAM on another slot(I gave my CPU to the shop actually to install it) and it was working fine.

Task manager displayed that I have used 2 out of 4 RAM slots. (The 2 RAM slots are what I currently use) So where are the other RAM slots?

Despite the smaller form factor, most (but not all) mATX motherboards still feature 4 RAM slots and 2 full-size PCIe slots.
